Crew Incapacitation (COM 3.80)
- FA contact
FA to do:
1) Tighten and lock shoulder harness
2) Push seat completely aft
3) Recline Seat
If unable to move incapacitated crew memeber, FA must remain on flight deck to care for crew member.
Request Medical assistance from PAX
Check for qualified crewmember to replace incapacitated crewmember
One Engine Inop (Obstacle Strategy)
Before Descent
- Set MCT
- ATHR Off
- Notify ATC
- Decel to Green Dot
- Determine Cruise Flt
- Start ECAM actions
Drift Down
- SPD on FCU: Green Dot - Pull
- ALT on FCU: select cruise FL - Pull
Obstacle Clear
- Accelerate to Long Range Speed
1. SPD on FCU set
2. ATHR on
Descent to Land
M.78/300/250
Severe Turbulence
- Signs On
- Autopilot - Keep On
- ATHR - Disconnect
- Turbulence Speed - Set
- Altitude - DO NOT CHASE
- Descent - Consider below OPT FL
- For Approach, ATHR in managed speed
- For landing, Config FULL, or 3
Stall Recovery
- Nose down pitch - apply
- Bank - wings level
When out of stall,
Thrust - increase smoothly
Speed brakes - check retracted
Flight Path - recover smoothly
If in clean configuration and below 20,000ft:
Flap 1 - select
Stall Warning at Liftoff
TOGA, 15 deg, wings level
- Thrust - TOGA
- Pitch Attitude - 15 deg
- Bank - wings level
Windshear - after V1
TOGA, Vr Rotate, SRS
THR Levers - TOGA
Reaching Vr - Rotate
SRS orders - follow
Windshear - airborne, initial climb, landing
TOGA, AP if on, SRS
THR levers at TOGA - set or confirm
AP (if engaged) - keep on
SRS Orders - follow
Windshear Ahead Takeoff (RED)
Predictive windshear inhibited from 100kts to 50 ft
TOGA, AP if on, SRS
THR Levers - TOGA
AP (if engaged) - keep on
SRS Orders - Follow
Windshear Ahead - Landing (RED)
Go Around, AP if on
Go Around - Perform
AP (if engaged) - Keep On
Windshear Ahead - Before Takeoff (AMBER)
Delay Takeoff
Windshear Ahead - Before Takeoff (RED)
Reject Takeoff
