fine touch, proprioception, pressure, vibration. enters the dorsal root and goes up ipsalaterally. synapes on the nucleus cuneatus and gracillus. decussates in the medial longitudinal fasciculus and ascends contralaterally to the VPL.

ascends lateral. pain and temperature. enters spinal cord and synapses on the ipsalateral gray. decussates in the anterior white commissure immediately and then ascends on the contralateral side in the ventrolateral regions.
