To sailing while transferring

What is the SMR extrication device used for?
Patients who are in a position tat does not permit the use of a long backboard

Elderly with kyphosis can not lay flat

When should you remove a helmet protective gear
When face mask can not be removed quickly

Helmet doesn’t hold head securely
Helmet prevents stabilization
