What is paediatric dentistry

A
  • children based oral health
  • dealing with birth - 16 years

•since its specialist will only see children who are referred with particularly medical problems.

(Haemophilia - deficiency in clotting factor 8 which increases bleeding and makes it challenging to perform dental procedures)

•behavioural, server anxiety, very high decay rates

  • Endodontics is important damaged pulp makes your teeth.
  • so if you have infection of the pulp will be referred to an Endodontist

A

Worked with children in the past delivery talks to primary and working with around classes in school.

I would love that passion of working with children in a clinical environment to be translated to a career
