you’re likely defining a concept theory or word for your audience so they can more deeply understand the rest of the presentation or the main points of an idea
definite speech
is typically facilitated by a moderator is a discussion about a specific amongst a selected group of panelists with different perspectives in front of large audience

you use your own words to express something that was written or said by another person. putting it into your own words can clarify the message
paraphrase
is a brief overview of an entire discussion or argument people often summarize when original material is long or to emphasize key facts or points. A summary simplifies complex arguments grammar & vocabulary
