DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE
Based on the approved Design
Development Documents, the Architect: prepares the complete Contract
Documents consisting of detailed
designs and construction drawings. prepares Technical Specifications and
the general conditions under which
the project is to be constructed submits to the Owner seven (7) sets
of all construction drawings and
technical specifications to obtain a
building permit.
CONTRACT DOCUMENT PHASE
prepares the Bid Documents (forms,
