Felony DUI
Drives vehicle under the influence; commits an act of law that causes great bodily injury or death; general sessions
Threatening life, person, or family of public employee
Threat towards public official or immediate family; general sessions
Attempted Murder
Intent to kill with malice; general sessions
Assault and battery (ABHAN)
Great bodily injury or death is likely to occur; lesser included offense of attempted murder; general sessions
Public disorderly conduct
grossly intoxicated; obscene language; discharge firearm; heard in summary court
Assault &Battery 1st degree
Injures a person by non-consensual touching with lewd intent; occurred during robbery, kidnapping, or burglary OR is accomplished by likely causing great bodily injury; general sessions
Assault and battery 2nd degree
Moderate bodily injury OR involves non-consensual touching without lewd intent; general sessions
Assault and battery third degree
Unlawfully injures or attempts to injure a person with present ability; summary court
Resisting arrest
Resists any lawful arrest; general sessions
Assault on police while resisting arrest
Assaults or wounds police while resisting lawful arrest; general sessions
Resisting arrest with a deadly weapon
Uses or threatens to use a deadly weapon while resisting lawful arrest by enforcement; general sessions
Illegal transportation of alcoholic liquors
Cannot transport any alcohol with seal broken unless in the trunk; summary court
Open containers
Cannot have open beer or wine on public roads; unless I’m trunk; exception is legal parking during functions; summary court
Purchase or possession of beer and wine by person under 21
May not purchase, consume or knowingly have possession of beer or wine; summary court
Purchase or possession of liquor by minor
Can’t purchase, posess liquor OR falsely represent age; summary court
Kidnapping
Kidnapping or abduction of persons by any means, without authority of law; except when parents seize a child; General sessions
Criminal sexual conduct 1st degree
Sexual battery with aggravated force OR
victim is also
the victim of robbery, kidnapping, extortion, etc

Administering drugs to incapacitate; general sessions
CSC 2nd degree
Sexual battery with aggravated coercion; general sessions
CSC 3rd degree
Sexual battery; uses coercion or force without aggravating circumstances; OR victim is mentally handicapped or incapacitated; general sessions
