1.5 oz Nolets gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz honey syrup
Add ice and shake 30 seconds
Strain into martini glass
Garnish: lemon zest
Mezcal Mule
Build in copper mug
1.5 oz Union Mezcal
1 oz lime juice
Fill with ice and top with ginger beer
Garnish: lime wedge
Big Apple Manhattan
Build in mixing glass
2 oz Knob Creek Rye
1 oz Calvados
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Add ice and stir until glass is frothy
Strain into martini glass
Garnish: 1 Luxardo cherry
Jameson Orange Hot Toddy
*Build in footed mug
1.5 oz Jameson Orange
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz honey syrup
Top with hot water & stir to combine
Garnish: orange wedge dotted with 3 cloves and star anise
Spiked Hot Cocoa
Build in enamel mug
Hot cocoa packet and 8 oz hot water
1.5 oz Stoli Vanilla
1 oz half and half
Stir until dissolved
Garnish: marshmallow skewer
Spiced Hot Cider
Put apple cider in kettle to boil
Build in clear mug
1.5 oz of Spiced Bacardi
Top with hot apple cider
Garnish: cinnamon stick
Horchata
1.5 oz well rum
2 oz Horchata mix
Add ice and shake until frothy
Strain over fresh ice in highball
Garnish: grated fresh cinnamon

Build in highball
1.5 oz well gin
.5 oz grenadine
Add ice and top with ginger beer
Garnish: maraschino cherry
Hurricane
.75 oz well rum
Top with hurricane mix (leave room for shot on top)
Add ice and shake until frothy
Strain over fresh ice in rocks glass
Float .75 oz Goslings Dark Rum
Garnish: orange slice & maraschino cherry
Peach Mango Sangria
Fill wine glass with ice, white sangria mix and splash 7-Up on top.
Garnish: orange slice and cherry
