Frozen Margarita Batch
Make in 20L bucket
4L tequila
2L triple sec
32 oz (1 QT=1 bottle) lime juice
16 oz (.5 QT) O.J. concentrate
64 oz (.5 GAL.) sour mix
Fill with water to 20 L line on plastic jug
Red Wine Sangria
3L Cabernet
6 oz brandy
4.5 oz simple syrup
1 sliced lemon
1 sliced orange
3 cinnamon sticks
Must age in fridge 1 day before serving
Remove cinnamon and fruit after 1 day
Peach-Mango Sangria
3L white wine
1.5 cups (12 oz) Peach Schnapps
.75 cup (6 oz) peach purée
.75 cup (6 oz) mango purée
.75 cup lemon juice
Lemonade
Make in 32 oz (quart) container
1 cup (8 oz) lemon juice
1 cup (8 oz) simple syrup
2 cups (16 oz) water
Virgin Margarita Mix
Make in pitcher
.5 cup lemon juice
1.5 cup lime juice
1 cup orange juice
2 cups simple syrup
2 cups water
Hurricane Mix
Make in pitcher
1 cup passion fruit purée
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
.5 cup lime juice
.5 cup grenadine
.5 cup simple syrup
Bloody Mix
2x 32oz tomato juice
8oz horseradish
3oz lemon juice
3oz lime juice
4oz Worcestershire
3oz pickle juice
10 dashes Tabasco
2 bottles A1 sauce
