• extend, rotate towards affected side, axial load
• pain radiation into arm

Adson’s (neck)

• thoracic outlet
• radial pulse with abduction, extension and ext rotation of arm, deep breath and turn head toward arm
• diminished pulses

Question 3

vertebral artery (neck)

Answer 3

• neck extended, side flexion, rotate neck to same side, hold for 30 seconds
• dizziness or nystagmus

Speed’s (shoulder)

Answer 4

elbow extended, arm supinated, resist forward flexion

- pain in bicipital groove (biceps tendon)
