Position: Supine w/ arm 90* of abduction, 90* elbow flexion
Therapist: laterally rotates patient shoulder
Positive Result: facial grimace prior to reaching end point

Apprehension Test- Posterior Shoulder Dislocation

Answer 2

Position: Supine w arm 90* of flexion, and medial rotation
Therapist: posterior force through long axis of humerus
Positive Result: facial grimace prior to reaching end point
