Clinicians don’t have all the answers.

Don’t be afraid to allow a patient educate you.

Verify information (use iphone, use computer in front of patient).

Discuss limitations of knowledge and experience if necessary.

Share collaborative decision making (ask questions, point potential issues out such as cost and side effects).
