A

Cut visible fat off meat
Grill steam bake or boil foods instead of frying
Choose low fat dairy products
Increase intake of fruit and veg in the diet
Cut out fatty foods like cake chocolate ect.
Avoid high fat sauces like cream or cheese sauces
