What are the withdrawal reactions of baclofen ?

A

hyperactive state, exacerbates muscle spasticity and precipitates autonomic dysfunction, hyperthermia, psychiatric reactions, convulsions.
Avoid abrupt withdrawal: gradually reduce dose over at least 1-2 weeks
