SCHRAMSBERG ‘MIRABELLE’ BRUT ROSE
Grape: 46% Pinot Noir / 54 % Chardonnay Color: Pink (rose)
Vintage: 80% of the juice is from the 2017 vintage with 20 % coming from reserve wines. Non-Vintage.

Appellation: North Coast.
Tasting Notes: Round, deep, fleshy and ripe are all apt terms to describe the textures of this wine. Notes of lime curd, fresh strawberries, sour cherries, raspberries, and purple flowers all come together to create a wine of great depth and complexity. One of the finest examples of American sparkling wine.
Rene Geoffroy ‘Expression’ Brut
Grape: 35% Pinot Noir / 35% Pinot Meunier / 30% Chardonnay Color: Blanc
Vintage: 49% of the wine comes from the 2016 vintage with the remaining 51% coming from a perpetual reserve started in 1970. Reserve wine is stored in concrete tanks.

Vineyard: Sourced from two vineyard sights in the Villages of Cumieres and Hautvillers which are both located in the Montagne de Reims & Vallée de la Marne
Tasting Notes: Ripe and fragrant, with an expressive bouquet that releases beautiful aromas of apple sauce, enhanced with notes of vanilla. On the palate, the attack is refined with a broad range of fruit and a beautifully fresh finish.
