Cava de Paraje Calificado: min 36 months on lees after tirage
what so special about Cava de Paratge Qualificat?
•single vineyard wines from hand-harvested grapes
•vines must be at least 10 years old
•minimum 36 months aged on lees
•minimum TA is 5.5g/L
•no acidification
•must be vintage-dated
•can only be Brut, Extra-Brut, Brut Nature
