Wood and Charcoal make most of their money, lots of farming.

What religion came first?
Judaism, 4000 years ago, in the North
What religion came second
Christianity 2000 years ago in the south
What Is the third religion, and what are the types
Islam, Sunni and Shiite. Iran is mainly Shiite, the rest of the Middle East is Sunni, causes lots of tension
What are women’s roles
Very minimal, high restriction. Seclusion, requires a male presence in public, wearing veils. Saudi Arabia is the worst. Many places can’t drive.

Faces many challenges like political instability, high unemployment rates, and income inequality.

Israel will become a separate state, issued by British. Taken out of Palestine, technically out of British control. Important part of the Arab-Israeli conflict
Qanat System
gently sloping water source. there are tunnels going down, so water is carried down to places that could never get water. Mother well is dug, then the qanat tunnel goes from that water source found in the mother well across to the destination. Access wells are 15 meters apart to give access into the Qanat.
