Q

Difference in Southbend heat circulation to the competition?

A

Many ovens simply heat the bottom of the ovens bottom pan and radiantly provide the ovens source of heat. Southbend’s oven bases circulate the heat around the cooking cavity. The heat generated from the burner flows through the ports on the oven bottom rails and into the oven cavity.

This process of oven circulation makes for for a very efficient and even cook. This is standard on all of our ovens.
