Describe the production process of Vin de Constance.
Muscat de Frontignan grapes are picked over up to 30 passes through the vineyard! They’re fermented separatly in 500L barreles after a cold soak on skins which can last up to 2wks.
Fermentation takes 6mths to 1yr.
Wines are aged for at least 3 yrs in New French + Hungarian Oak + French Acacia before being blended and bottled.
