Amplitude
What can and can’t a sound travel through?
It can’t travel through a vacuum (empty space)
It can travel through a solid liquid or gas
How is a sound wave formed?

Are vibrations passes more easily through a solid or liquid and why?
Solid because the particles are closer togther
Why is a sound wave longitudinal?
Because the particles vibrate in the same directions the wave is travelling
