A

A clearance to ground crew must be requested. Crew should be ready to pressurise immediately. If not, the clearance should be requested again at the appropriate time

Must not exceed 45 min Inc 10 min sleep prep power crew twice per sector with additional 10 min required before resuming duties

Min 20 required between two different crew members taking controlled rest
In 4 pilot operations only one controlled rest power crew permitted per sector
