Taking Over Control - When the aircraft captain wishes to take over
control, he will move the control column fore and aft rapidly with moderate
deflections. The other aircrew will then relinquish control and raise both
hands so that the captain can see them.
Ejection - If the captain decides that ejection is imminent, he will move
the control column left, right, left, with large deflections. When the control
column stops at the centre position, both aircrew will initiate the ejection.
