Between 2000’ and 1000’ when the vertical speed is above 2000fpm
Below 1000’ where the verticals speed is over 1000fpm
Or 200fpm deviation from planned vertical speed
When will the pm call out speed?
When speed is +-5kts from Vapp and Vref in the last 100’
When will the pm call course or glide slope?
When there is 1/2 dot deflection on either needle
What constitutes a stabilized approach?
In range checklist Final flaps Airspeed Vref-5 to Vapp+10 One dot deflection \+-300fpm no greater than 1000fpm
What call out is made when a pilot is reaching 10 degrees pitch up on landing?
Attitude
When is the yaw damper turned off on landing?
200’
What is the single engine maximum flap setting?
22 degrees
