A

Helping the environment - fewer pesticides, richer soil , cleaner water
Helping poorer farmers as surcharge goes to help raise income
Buy locally and show you don’t like multinational companies
BUT
More land needed to grow less intensive organic foods
Higher prices means overproduction and depressing prices than original price
1/2 of transport is cars which is inefficient when poor farmers compared to large lorries
