Pain referral to the inferior border of the right scapula
Murphy’s Inspiratory test
Cholelithiasis
Special test to dx Cholelithiasis
Ultrasound
Cholecystogram
Fibroid Cyst / Leiomyoma (tumor of smooth muscle)
MC benign tumor in females
Uterine Fibroid
Males > 50 yo with urinary problems
Labs: PSA, acid phosphatase
Metastasis (MC Lsp): alkaline phosphatase
Calcified Prostate
Calcifications within veins, asymptomatic
Phleboliths
Indicates a radial head fracture
Seen on lateral view
Fat Pads (elbow)
