- Fragmentation of Femoral Head (crescent sign)
- Flattening of Femoral Head
- Increased white density of Femoral Head (snow capped)
- Increased joint space

- Femoral neck slides superior and lateral

- Femoral head outside of acetabulum

- Telescoping
- Ortolani’s
- Barlow’s
- Allis’
Axial migration of femoral head with uniform loss of joint space
- B/L most often occurs with RA
- Also seen with Osteoporosis, Osteomalacia, Paget’s, Trauma and Idiopathic
- Obliteration of Kohler’s teardrop
