Q

Burke

A

Attempting to create a society on the basis that man is perfect leads to dystopia, not utopia. Political change must occur organically. Society is a contract between the living and the dead. Representatives don’t simply follow public opinion but rather do what is sensible. Ruling class are the only class capable of ruling.
