A

People from Africa who were forced to give up their freedom and spend their lives obeying their owners or masters. Enslaved Africans were treated as property that could be sold.

Dilemma

A

Situations in witch a person has to make a choice, even though there are no good choices to make. For example, millions of enslaved Africans had to choose between dying on the voyage to America or work the rest of their lives as slaves.

A
