A set of individuals who are similar in age, status, and interest providing a social context for comparison and interaction
Pressure Group
Seeks to influence public opinions or policy and are involved with issues that affect people outside their membership
Interest Group
A group of individuals who share the same interest. The group may exist to protect the interest of its members and might be involved in activities that are intended to influence public opinion or policy
Cohesion Groups
Refers to the degree of the unity, togetherness, and solidarity among members, reflecting the strength of interpersonal relationships and shared goals within the group
