We create an image of a person due to schemas we notice, a gestalt of a person
priming, primacy effect
implicit and explicit priming, makes you have an opinion on a certain topic
primacy effect is favoring the first information over the last
halo effect
favoring pretty looking people
negative bias
when comparing new positive info with new negative we favor the negative
attributions, fundamental attribution error, self serving bias
situational or dispositional
peoples fails are their characteristics, their success is the situation
