What is cognitive dissonance?
Cognitive Dissonance - the discomfort that people experience when they have conflicting beliefs, or when their behaviours, contradictive their beliefs.
Availability Heuristic
Actor observer bias
Blaming external factors for our bad behaviour or a negative event happening to us, but then blaming a persons internal factors for their bad behaviour or a negative event happening to them. 
Anchoring bias
The tendency to rely too heavily on the first piece of information that we learn when we make decisions.

Attentional bias
Our tendency to pay attention to some things and ignore others, thereby limiting our options.
Anti social behaviours
Antisocial behaviors refer to actions that disregard or violate the rights of others. These behaviors can include aggression, dishonesty, rule-breaking, and lack of empathy. Antisocial behaviors are often associated with traits such as impulsivity, disregard for societal norms, and a lack of concern for the well-being of others.
Pro social behaviours
Prosocial behaviors are actions that benefit others or society as a whole. These behaviors can include acts of kindness, cooperation, empathy, and helping others in need. Prosocial behaviors are often driven by empathy, a sense of responsibility, and a desire to contribute positively to the well-being of others.
