QOL
With so much to offer, it isn’t too surprising that Brighton was rated as the happiest place to live in the UK in 2019. It has a really good work / life balance and it has a good cultural vibrancy. New Brighton provides a really good quality of life for everyone of all ages, there are nearby schools, shops and restaurants that everyone can visit. There are good tourist attractions and there is a good range of artwork for other artists and pedestrians to admire.

There is a large range of education facilities available in New Brighton for primary schools, However for secondary schools and colleges it lacks. There are no universities in New Brighton. On the border of New Brighton there are some secondary schools. These secondary schools have high reputations and most people in the area will attend them which gives residents good education.
Leisure
Most of the Leisure activities in New Brighton centre around the seafront. These include chip and putt, mini golf, a cinema, multiple restaurants and bars and a n ice cream shop.There are also lots of green space including large fields and parks. There are many sporting facilities where anyone can go to sign up to a club. There are tennis courts, open water swimming, bowling, bowls, parasailing, and football pitches.
