- Body Composition: it helps with weight control,it reduces the risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes.
- Muscular strength and endurance: it can help to improve general fitness and health. Weight bearing exercises including walking can strengthen muscles and bones.
- Other health benefits: people who do more exercise are able to fight off illnesses more easily,big and small ones like a cold or a heart attack.

- Relieves stress and tension: it can create a distraction from problems of daily life.
- Feeling good: when we exercise our brains produce endorphins which help our body feel good-they are natural.
- For aesthetic appreciation:people watch it as it nice to look at so if the like it they may relieve stress and be happy. Playing sports will make you look good also.
- For an emotional challenge- doing a marathon or climbing a mountain for example is a big challenge and will make you feel proud
- Increasing self-esteem and confidence: it provides a physical challenge and overcoming it gives you a sense of achievemnt and makes you feel proud
