1. was it working fine before? if yes, what has changed?
2. was the unit subject to any power surge?
3. have you tested the unit by unplugging it into a different non-working power outlet and using a different known working power cord?
4. please confirm if the unit is completely and responsive with no led lights?

Case Fan Failure

1. have you naughty or heard any unusual noise coming from the KVMs fan?
2. power cycle the kvm by unplugging and reconnecting the power courts from power outlet.
3. check for any obstructions in the air passage.
4. confirm if the kvm is in a well ventilated location.
5. clean the fan by running a blower into it (do not open the KVm and switch)
6. perform a factory reset check if the error still showing take a screenshot and send it.
