The problem with Phytic in plant
Phytic acid binds to iron, calcium, magnesium, selenium, etc. to form phytate. This decreases the body’s ability to absorb those essential nutrients.

4- Glyphosate (man made herbicide that linked to many types of cancer)
Problem with omega-6
- causing inflammation
- affect cardiolipin which make up mitochondria’s membrane and lower ability to change electrons
What is zearalenone?
It is a type of mycotoxin known as an obesogen.
This type of mycotoxin is used to put in cow’s ears > leak into the bloodstream > and get into milk. It makes cows get fat in 30% less calories.
What is aflatoxin?
A type of mycotoxins.
It can cause DNA damage and liver cancer.
What is ochratoxin A?
A type of mycotoxins.
It can cause kidney damage.
What are sources of mycotoxins?
Corn, grains, low-quality coffee/chocolate, nuts, conventional dairy products, and alcoholic beverages.

1- conventional fish have less omega-3.
2- microplastic can leach out toxic compounds to the fish body.
3- The level of mercury in fish is much higher than before

What happens to the body when it consumes artificial additives?
