Thai Chili - sweet chili sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, cilantro, mint, and lime zest. Sweet with a mild kick.

12” flour tortilla with butter, filled with pepper jack and cheddar cheese with “Mexican Flag” (guac, pico, and s/c)
