A

S- should not slip or over tighten
S- will not reduce or damage the strength

What does STRICT stand for?

A

(Knot protocol)
S- ensure correct knot is selected for the task
T- place tension on the line to set and tighten the knot
R- all knots must be removed/released from the line after use
I- all knots must be inspected after tying. Look away and recheck.
C- all knots to be checked by another FF
T- all knots must have no less then 150mm tail after tightening
