Raised lesion with pearly nodule depression

Give 3 presentation factors of SCC:
- Indurated
- Crusting
- Ulcerative
What does the ABCDE criteria for melanoma include?
A - Asymmetry - not symmetrical in shape
B - Border - irregular/uneven
C - Colour - brown, red, black
D - Diameter - >6mm
E - Evolving - new lesion/changing
If a patient presents with 1 or more of the ABCDE criteria what is the protocol?
1 feature = raise alertness
2 features = urgent referral
