High (6x normal) = past melanoma, >5 dysplastic naevi

Follow up
Any non melanotic skin cancer - yearly skin check (60% will grow another within 3 years)

SCC - 6/12 review for 2 years

Melanoma

• 3/12 r/v for 2 years
• 6/12 r/v for 2 years

if FHx = yearly skin checks

Margins
BCC 3mm
SCC 4mm
Melanoma 2mm (if confrimed then 1cm wide local excision within 4 weeks) IF breslow thickness >1mm = sentinel lymph node biopsy

Cryo time
15sec - Act K
form ice with 1mm margin - Seb K

*SCC aggressive with CLL

Bx
avoid face, chest, axilla, groin, shoulders, breast (and leg/foot if elderly, PVD, DM)
