How do you produce a calibration curve ?
(For Benedict’s test - maltose)

A

Use maltose solutions of different concentrations (and carry out the Benedict’s test)
Use a colorimeter to measure the colour and plot a calibration curve
Find the concentration of sample from the calibration curve

(Conc of maltose - X axis)
(Colorimeter reading - Y axis)
