2) Level One – Employee puts complaint in writing to Department Director within 5 days of discussion with supervisor. Director schedules meeting (within 5 working days) if receipt, and provides answer within 5 working days of meeting.

Level Two and Level Three

A

Level Two – Employee has 5 working days to file appeal with Assistant County Administrator. ASD has 10 working days from receipt to hold meeting, and then 10 working days to provide an answer.

Level Three – Employee has 5 working days to appeal ACD decision to County Administrator. County Administrator has 10 working days to hold meeting and 5 working days to make a final decision. County Administrator’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
