Define Single Pilot Resource Management (SRM)
The art of managing all onboard and outside resources available to a pilot before and during a flight to ensure a safe and successful outcome.

The systematic approach to the mental process to consistently determine the best course of action in response to a given set of circumstances.
Define Risk Management:
The ability to identify hazards systematically, assess the degree of risk, and determine the best course of action.
