• Adam and Eve were told by God to not eat the fruit off the tree of knowledge. However, they were tempted by the serpent (devil) to eat the fruit, believing they’ll be like God ( the Fall)
• They sinned from eating the fruity off the forbidden tree so God punished them by removing them from the Garden of Eden.
• This created a barrier between God and humans.

• Sin separates God from humans so humans should obey God as much as possible.
• Temptation should be avoided.
• God sent his, “One and Only son” so the barrier is broken. Shows unconditional love.
