Covers exterior of organs

Double membrane
- Often simple squamous and Areolar CT
- Parietal Layer
       = Against cavity wall
- Visceral Layer
       = Against organ
- Serous fluid between layers

Stratified squamous and CT is areolar and dense irregular.
