Q

What do we learn of their relationships?

A

Ralph - Share some views on how society on the island should function, allies, supportive, slight distance, value each other.

Jack - Finds each other annoying, useless, dislikes each other, lack respect. While Jack expresses this more explicitly, Simon does this through his actions rather than his words, opposite primal instincts.
