366000 to 650000 which was 18% of the male population therefore it didn’t create democracy but Removed obvious injustices however the majority of the electorate were middle class businesses men who didn’t represent the wider public
Disproportionate spread of MPs
370 MPs came from the south of England when only 20 came from the more densely populated north
