pouring/handling molten materials pouring/handling corrosive liquids/solids cutting/welding operation drilling grinding milling chipping sand blasting
Describe the deck striping
2-3 inch yellow and black striped or checkerboard tape
placed on deck around operator areas
Describe warning placards
mounted directly above the hazard
“CAUTION - Eye Protection Required in This Area”
- Signs or labels NOT required on individual tools
Welding goggles/helmet
Protect from glare and injurious radiation
Arc welding or heavy gas cutting
Chipping goggles
Protection from relatively large flying objects
