Parkinsonism - masklike faces, cogwheel rigidity, pill-rolling tremor, akathisia–restlessness and agitation, dystonia- sustained contraction of muscles of neck, tongue, eyes, diaphragm.

Akithisia- anxiety and distress; fidgity

Dystonia- sustained painful muscle contractions of neck, tongue, eyes (oculogyric crisis)

–>reversible with Benztropine
