Separate hamstrings between knee and hip, lengthen hip to knee.

Erector spinae fascia

A

Pile up on the mountains, moving the fascia medially toward the SPs. Dig out the valleys, pulling the fascia laterally away from the SPs. Work down, not forward, superficial to deep.

Ankle

A

Lengthen gastrocnemius and Achilles’ tendon downward from knee toward heel.
Lengthen plantar fascia from toes to heel.
Work diagonally across maleolus toward calcaneus.
Give the bow more slack!
