- KOCHERS Bend elbow infront of PT, rotate out to their side till resistance, then slowly bring elbow up so hand is behind the head.
- STIMSON - PT lies on stomach with arm hanging down, Apply downward traction for several mins. If NIL, Rotate wrist facing out while applying traction
